Saturday's P6 match took place at Robert Gordons College at Countesswells under a much welcomed Sun where the lush green grass gleamed on a near perfect level pitch.

The team started with their usual routine, with Dustythepainmaster leading the warm-up involving tackling, passing, and getting them comfortable with the ground as their friend.

The warm-up match that followed helped get heads, hands, eyes, and hearts dialed in and a pre-match huddle where players expressed their focus areas for the game : tackling, passing to space, and running straight.

The team had a slow start but gradually warmed up to match the morning sunshine.

The game featured fairly open play, with some challenges in the tackle area which Mackie overcame positively.

Mackie's contact area was not contested as usual, but a pep talk and Mackie chant at halftime led to improvement in the 2nd half.

Despite knowing what they wanted to achieve Mackie struggled to execute as RGC provided good competition.

Special shout-outs to Kai for his first match with the team where he played well. Casper as he had a rough game but showed excellent determination and kept playing. Jack "The Axe Man" whose dominate tackles left felled trees all over the pitch. Cameron's determination and defence in the centre of pitch was rock solid throughout the game.

The team also supported passes and one another effectively.

RGC played well in wide, attacking channels and deserved their win today, with a final score of 9-4 to RGC.

Well done to everyone for good team spirit and encouragement on the pitch.

Lots of hands were raised to get back on and play more than one half of their allotted time.
